Join our dynamic team as an Implementation Lead and become the strategic bridge between cutting-edge technology solutions and client success. You'll lead high-impact implementations for enterprise clients, coordinating project teams of approximately 10 professionals through complex system transitions while ensuring exceptional delivery quality.

What You'll Do
Strategic Project Leadership & Client Partnership

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of high-quality implementations and ongoing production support for enterprise client projects

  • Partner with clients to validate project scope, timelines, and delivery methodology, ensuring smooth transitions to new solutions

  • Establish and maintain client-specific success criteria for long-term relationship excellence

  • Identify and mitigate risks to client satisfaction while developing proactive resolution strategies

Methodology Excellence & Team Coordination

  • Own and champion our implementation methodology, presenting it confidently to clients and establishing robust project governance

  • Provide strategic guidance and coordination to implementation teams of approximately 10 professionals, including Functional Leads and Business Analysts

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying methodology enhancements and sharing insights with leadership

Stakeholder Management & Solution Optimization

  • Collaborate seamlessly with Project Managers, Functional Leads, and product development teams to deliver optimal solutions

  • Navigate complex stakeholder relationships, serving as the key spokesperson for internal methodology and project decisions

  • Control project scope based on contractual agreements while maintaining positive client relationships

  • Proactively identify opportunities for product enhancements that drive meaningful business improvements for clients

Salary Range: $98,000 - $115,000

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
