  • Communicate project expectations clearly and in a timely fashion; hold team members and contractors accountable for their assigned work; assess staffing needs during the project cycle and recruit as necessary

  • Conduct customer operating reviews depicting implementation progress, support performance, and metrics; determine the frequency and content of status reporting, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
  • Partner with manufacturing partners, training partners, customers, and Deposita Retail teams to ensure each installed solution meets customer needs and is well supported by our Customer Support Centers. Success is measured by on-time, on-budget delivery, achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), financial performance of the implementation portfolio, process adoption, and the development and retention of the project management team

Process Development and Smartsheet Administration

  • Design, build, and administer the team's Smartsheet environment, including project plans, portfolio dashboards, reports, automations, and cross-sheet workflows, serving as the single source of truth for implementation status
  • Develop, document, and scale repeatable implementation processes, playbooks, and tools; drive adoption across the team
  • Conduct project postmortems, identify successful and unsuccessful project elements, and convert findings into process improvements
  • Bring deep hands-on Smartsheet expertise to own the design and administration of the team's Smartsheet project plans, dashboards, reports, and automations

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

  • Minimum of three (3) years of direct people leadership, including hiring, developing, and managing project management or delivery professionals
  • Work history must include demonstration of each of the following:
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
    • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    • Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
  • Strong oral, written, and analytical skills
  • Advanced reconciliation skills and understanding of the factors which cause deposit and change order discrepancies
  • Advanced, hands-on proficiency in Smartsheet, including building and administering complex sheets, reports, dashboards, automations, and cross-sheet workflows (critical requirement; candidates will be asked to demonstrate this capability during the interview process)
  • Ability to read and interpret P&L statements and project budgets, and to use financial data in operational decision-making
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to process and tooling gaps
  • Ability to train, mentor, and impart knowledge to newer and less experienced project managers as well as retail leaders in store and market
