As aImplementation TeamManager,you willprovide guidance, insight, and coaching to your team. WHAT YOU'LL DO:Responsibilities

What you can expect on a typical day:

• Leaddaily activities.You willprovide leadership, guidance, and direction to team members. You will ensure workisprioritized to meetoverallgoalsandisdeliveredon time with attention to quality standards. In that capacity,you willoversee theuseofstandard process workflows, manageescalated client issues,and provide direction onclientresolutions.
• Train and Mentor.You will train and mentor team members,identify development needs,assist team membersin creating their individual development plans,andcoordinate additional training as neededwith Director approval.
• EvaluateStaff. You will evaluate associateperformance and complete appraisals, includingadministeringcorrective action and performance improvement plans. You will have Hire/Fire authority with Human Resources and may havescheduling and succession planningresponsibilities.
• Partner Internally.Your understanding of theBusiness Unit's strategic goalsallows you tofunction as a consultant and business partner to other groups within ADP, most especially with Sales. Collaborate with peers to establishbestpractices.
• As needed, you will participate in task forces, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments, and collaboration opportunities with other business units.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:Required Qualifications

• You haveworked inclient serviceandclient onboardingfor at least 5 years.
• You haveled and inspired people forat least 3 years.
• You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.Other acceptable experiencescould include:

• Experience noted above OR
• Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-throughwill help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
