Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to oversee our car wash operations. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage and supervise a team of assistant managers, head cashiers, and CSA’s
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure excellent service and operational efficiency
  • Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction, addressing concerns and resolving issues 
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high standards of cleanliness
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance to ensure efficient operations
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the auto services industry
  • HS diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel to visit multiple locations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks, responsibilities, and urgencies simultaneously
