At Scint.ai, we are building the enterprise standard for supply chain intelligence. We bring intelligent automation to BOM intake, supplier comparison, and manufacturing procurement workflows, helping sourcing teams make better decisions, faster.


The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated Procurement Software Implementation Specialist (Customer Success) to join us as our first Boston-based hire. 


While your primary on-site focus is serving our high-priority accounts in the Greater Boston area, you will be the lead implementation resource across our entire US customer base. This means managing remote customer onboarding nationally, alongside required travel to other client sites across the USA from time to time.


Position Details

• Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid / Local & National Travel / Remote US Coverage)

• Position Type: Dedicated Independent Contractor (1099)

• Compensation: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour (Equivalent to $90,000 – $110,000 annualized)

• Travel: Up to 50% travel. This is primarily local to Boston customers, but will require travel to other regional and national client sites across the United States from time to time.


What You Will Do

• Act as the primary Implementation Lead for all US accounts, managing end-to-end customer onboarding, platform configuration, and training.

• Deliver mandatory, high-touch remote customer support and implementation guidance for clients outside the Boston region.

• Travel to other US client sites as required to manage deployments, run workshops, and ensure platform adoption.

• Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and configure the Scint.ai platform to match client-specific RFQ and sourcing workflows.

• Build consultative, trusted relationships with key procurement and sourcing teams, both on-site (locally and nationally) and remotely.

• Coordinate closely with our technical and product engineering teams to resolve deployment challenges and drive product improvements.


What We Are Looking For

• Software Implementation: Strong project management and SaaS/enterprise software deployment experience.

• Procurement Knowledge: Hands-on experience with procurement, strategic sourcing, RFQ, or supplier management workflows.

• Remote & On-Site Client Management: Proven ability to manage complex software implementations remotely while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

• Client-Facing Consulting: Confident leading client workshops, whiteboarding process optimizations, and guiding change management.

• Location & Mobility: Must reside in the Greater Boston area for local accounts, with the mandatory flexibility to travel to other US client sites as required.
