Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of Implementation Testing Services within the Quality Engineering organization, ensuring successful outcomes for complex enterprise implementations.
Drive quality excellence through standardized testing practices, automation, metrics, and governance frameworks.
Partner with business, technology, product, and implementation teams while influencing executive stakeholders and clients.
Provide leadership, oversight, and consulting to cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and improve delivery confidence.
Experience in regulated industries, modern engineering practices, and establishing quality services or Centers of Excellence is highly desirable.
