Job Description
The Creation & Implementation (C&I) Coordinator is a critical function supporting the C&I Managers consistently, and Strategy Managers as needed, to properly deliver on the Patient Care Solutions Global team's marketing assets. This is a Hybrid position, you will be required to come in the office at least 3 days a week.
Their work will focus on:
  • Supporting the creation of final assets for comprehensive toolkits and creative optimization of assets for campaign enhancement
  • Managing catalog of existing assets including leading the editing, review and renewal of legacy assets, the cataloging and organization of newly created assets, sourcing and supplying assets from catalog as requested.
  • Building, tracking and managing repositories and systems for internal teams to access and use assets effectively
  • Driving project management activities (organization, timelines, PO/Invoicing/Budget activities) to support C&I and Strategy colleagues in delivering projects on time and budget, as well as ensure proper tracking and reporting

This role will actively engage C&I Managers daily with additional responsibilities aligned to Strategy Managers as assigned. Additionally, Coordinator will interact with Product and Regional marketing teams to provide support for campaign enablement and management
Assets include foundational images, videos, and documents as well as the full range of completed communication tactics including but not limited to websites, search, social media, brochures, tech/spec sheets, podcasts, webinars, white papers, and sales presentations.
The coordinator with need to demonstrate:
  • Foundational understanding of marketing strategy, communication tactics, asset creation, brand management and project management
  • Strong capabilities and use of digital/AI tools and systems for asset creation and modification, project management, resource cataloging and managing repositories
  • Teamwork attitude especially collaboration, engagement, proactivity and responsiveness
  • Ability to evaluate challenges and make recommendations for resolution and enhancement
  • Strong sense of personal accountability, reliability, organization and attention to detail to ensure accuracy of tasks including brand representation, proofreading, asset management and financial administration
  • Desire to learn with openness to guidance and constructive feedback

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or closely related field
  • Demonstrated capabilities using digital tools such as AI platforms, Adobe Suite or comparable
  • Familiarity with productivity tools such as Teams, Box, Microsoft Suite
  • Currently living in or moving to Milwaukee, WI area

Desired Characteristics
  • 1+ years of experience in Marketing or Communications
  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated B2B industry
  • Creative design experience or education
