Scope of the Project The SAP Specialist will work with enterprise project teams to manage SAP implementation and finance/treasury-related projects.

The role involves coordination, status reporting, and ensuring the stability and successful completion of assigned projects. The candidate will collaborate with project managers, functional leads, and stakeholders to align project timelines, budgets, and resources, while following best practices for SAP project management. Position Description: The Network Administrator will provide technical expertise to support ongoing projects and system administration for the agency's Server and Cloud Services Administration unit.

Reporting to the manager and Director of Network Operations and Data Center Services, the candidate will collaborate with infrastructure, server, and database teams to ensure secure, stable, and high-performing systems. Daily Duties & Responsibilities Collaborate with project directors, managers, and functional team leads to develop and maintain project plans. Coordinate timelines and activities between SAP project teams and other enterprise resources.

Oversee overall project coordination, status reporting, and project stability. Communicate across all enterprise areas to manage scope, budget, risk, and resources. Identify and report potential risks or issues that may impact deadlines, milestones, or resources.

Document lessons learned and archive essential project documentation at project conclusion. Recommend project and portfolio management best practices for SAP finance and treasury projects.
