Job description

Suite Engine is currently adding a consultant specializing in our horizontal product market, with experience in Business Central and eCommerce. This role is a key member of our Suite Engine Horizontal Products team, providing functional and domain expertise related to the installation, setup, gap/fit analysis, customization analysis and testing, user training, and go-live support around key business processes enabled through our software. Additionally, our consultants work with our existing customers in support of their day-to-day business operations, questions, issues, and small and medium-sized projects. The ideal candidate for this role will have 3+ years of experience of successful consulting and implementation preferably with Business Central. Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Magento, or Shopify are strongly preferred.
Specifically, our consultants are accountable for:

· Educating clients, prospects and team members on our product capabilities

· Discussing and delivering solutions and services to our clients

· Analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and other supporting activities related to implementation pursuits

· Developing functional and technical specifications for enhancements and integrations

· Working in a team environment and challenging the status quo both internally and in the clients to deliver best of breed services that improve our business and theirs

· Perform product testing and provide feedback to development team.

· Assist with product documentation as well as maintaining and adding to our knowledgebase
