Midtown is looking for a Hospitality Associate who will be the first point of contact for every interaction with our members and guests.
The Position
Midtown believes in putting the customer at the center of every decision that we make. Our Hospitality Associates set the tone for the experience of each member and guests through warm greetings, genuine goodbyes, resolving questions or issues accurately and quickly and creating memorable, lasting moments during each visit.
