EspriGas brings a modern approach to the $130 billion gas industry by utilizing a network business model to deliver products nationwide. We leverage our unique service and technological capabilities to handle the complex logistical needs of large, multi-site companies through a national network of gas supply partners. Our customers include Fortune 1000 companies across various industries, such as food and beverage, healthcare, construction, manufacturing, etc. Examples include providing medical gas to large clinic chains, pet hospitals, CO2 for top restaurant chains such as Panda Express, and supplying bulk propane to railroad companies. Our industry produces, distributes, and sells atmospheric gases and other specialty products.


Purpose of the Position

The Implementation Specialist plays a key role in delivering a strong first impression for our customers by coordinating new customer onboardings and account changes. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Account Management to drive operational excellence, meet service standards, and ensure a smooth, successful transition for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage customer accounts using Salesforce and Microsoft Business Central
  • Create and manage supplier and customer pricing profile
  • Create and manage items
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy, through creation and scheduled maintenance reporting
  • Support data analysis and management for large customer onboardings
  • Ensure compliance with licensing requirements for new locations.
  • Pair new customer locations with preferred EspriGas suppliers.
  • Collect usage data for new accounts when needed.
  • Place initial orders and ensure completion of timely onboardings.
  • Transition existing accounts to optimal supplier partners.
  • Coordinate supplier changes and expedited deliveries.
  • Source carriers to deliver expedited orders.
  • Communicate timely updates between suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account and invoicing issues.
  • Coordinate asset returns and account closures, as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate support documentation and follow up, as necessary.
  • Provide professional and courteous support to customers and suppliers.
  • Assist with reports and cross-functional projects.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist with special or cross-functional projects, tasks, and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma; Associate's degree or relevant coursework preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms and the willingness to learn and grow with changing technology and processes
  • Experience with data uploads, managing pricing, and items
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite with Intermediate Excel skills
  • Inside sales, data entry, or customer care background advantageous
  • Experience within the beverage, medical, or industrial industries a plus
