Job Description

Position Purpose:ย 

The Regional Hub Manager leads a multidisciplinary team to drive a performance-driven culture across the region. This role oversees all Hub activities โ€” from efficiency tracking and process optimization to team coaching and stakeholder engagement โ€” ensuring that the Hub delivers measurable results aligned with regional and corporate priorities.

The Hub Manager acts as the key interface between Operations, Finance, and Technical & Performance (T&P) functions to accelerate value delivery and adoption of standardized tools (Hubgrade, OPAL, HachWIMS, etc.).

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:ย 

  • Lead and coach the Regional Hub team (Data Analyst, Process/Performance Advisor, and operational contributors).
  • Develop and execute the regional Hub strategy in alignment with the Regional Presidentโ€™s priorities.
  • Ensure measurable return on Hub investment by achieving efficiency targets that offset Hub operating costs
    • Identify, prioritize, and track efficiency initiatives in collaboration with site managers and Finance to ensure traceability of results
    • Oversee OPAL initiative creation, benefit realization tracking, and reporting within the region
    • Coordinate regular performance reviews across regional sites, ensuring visibility of KPIs and improvement actions.
  • Act as the first line of support for sites, connecting them to corporate experts or resources when specialized help is required.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support process change and digital tool adoption, including deployment of Hubgrade tools.
  • Ensure projects can have their local systems mapped and connected to the Datalake and reporting dashboards.
  • Gather site feedback on digital tools and Hub support to continuously refine services.
  • Represent the Hub in business development activities and client demonstrations, showcasing Veoliaโ€™s innovation and value-added capabilities.
  • Collaborate with communications and marketing to document Hub success stories and client impact.
  • Conduct retrospectives on an agreed upon frequency (e.g., quarterly) to adapt hub priorities and focus to regional needs.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid or field-based role; ~25% travel to sites across the region.
Qualifications

Education/Experience/Background:ย 

  • High School Diploma/GED is required.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in water/wastewater operations, project management, or performance improvement.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary or cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working collaboratively with Finance and Technical & Performance functions.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:ย 

  • Strong understanding of operational processes, performance management, and cost-efficiency levers (e.g., chemicals, energy, maintenance).

Additional Information

Pay Range:ย $160000 to $175000 per year.
