Position Overview
Leads and manages contractor operations in support of CBP hiring and personnel processing functions. Responsible for overall task order execution, workforce management, and performance oversight to ensure efficient, timely, and compliant delivery of mission-critical services in a high-volume operational environment.
Scope of Work Oversight
  • Oversight of task order operations and contractor performance
  • Workforce management, staffing coordination, and timekeeping
  • Development and delivery of operational reports, metrics, and status updates
  • Liaison with Government stakeholders and program leadership
  • Quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and performance management

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between contractor personnel and government leadership
  • Plan, direct, and manage all task order activities to ensure contract compliance and performance standards are met
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and management of contractor personnel across locations
  • Assign and monitor workload to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Track performance metrics and implement corrective actions, including performance improvement plans
  • Ensure adherence to training, quality assurance, and security requirements
  • Review work products and enforce established standards for accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide regular staffing updates, operational metrics, and status reports
  • Manage timekeeping, staffing levels, and surge support requirements
  • Lead team meetings, briefings, and coordination efforts

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of program or project management experience
  • Experience supporting HR, staffing, or government operations preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/workforce management systems
