- Document patient’s progress on weekly progress note in an accurate and timely fashion, and obtain the co-signature of the PT. - Ensure MD orders are obtained for treatments, recertifications and discharges. - Physical Therapist Assistant completes all required documentation requirements as indicated and according to state guidelines.
