The Role:

Entegris is currently seeking aProductionSupervisorto join ourOperationsteam. This position will be basedinourReno, NVfacility.

This role oversees daily production operations, including all activities related to manufacturing, assembly, inspection, packaging, and certification. The Production Supervisor ensures adherence to safety and operational policies whilemaintainingeffective communication with cross-functional departments.

WhatYou'llDo:

  • Lead and develop production teams by managing hiring, performance, training, coaching, and disciplinary actions while ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

  • Champion safety by actively promoting EH&S initiatives,participatingin safety committees, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.

  • Drive training and workforce capability byidentifyingskill gaps, coordinatingtraining forprocesses, equipment, and programs, and ensuring employees follow procedures and quality standards.

  • Develop and mentor production team members by actively supporting their professional growth and career development goals, whilemaintaininga strong focus on achieving operationalobjectivesand meeting KPIs.

  • Manageproduction operations bymonitoringorders,optimizingresource allocation, and partnering with support teams to meet customer expectations.

  • Lead continuous improvement efforts by implementingandmaintainingLean/5S practices, improving processes, resolving customer complaints, and driving operational efficiency.

  • Partner with engineering and operations leadership to support automation, process improvements, and capital projects while meeting budget and revenue goals.

  • Maintain operational control systems by managing inventory,auditingand updating procedures/work instructions, and ensuringaccuratedocumentation and reporting.

  • Provide hands-on support bymaintainingworking knowledge of production processes toassistteams and address operational challenges as needed.

  • Performadditionalduties within the scope of the role to support businessobjectives.

  • Strong time management, prioritization, andownership for team accountability,maintaindocumentation, and uphold quality standards.

  • Experience with continuous improvement, projectmanagement, and productionsystems;as well as theability to analyze data for decision-making.

  • Working knowledge of chemical handling, LOTO, emergency response, escalation procedures, andsafetydocumentation.

  • Have digitalproficiencyusingMicrosoftOfficeprograms, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and related tools.

  • Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to clearly conveyand presentinformation across diverse teams.

  • Willingness to support varying shifts (day, night, split) based on business needs

  • Experience: 4+ years in manufacturing, including 2+ years in a leadership role

  • Education:High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Documented leadershiptraining, bachelor'sdegree preferred but notrequired.
