We are seeking an Immigration Legal Assistant with 1–2 years of experience in immigration law, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on removal proceedings before the Immigration Court. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, client-focused, and eager to build deeper experience in removal defense while supporting a collaborative and mission-driven legal team.
 
Responsibilities:
Join a collaborative legal team working on impactful Immigration Court cases that directly affect clients’ lives and futures. You will support attorneys in preparing removal defense cases, including asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, and termination of proceedings, while gaining hands-on experience with court filings, evidence preparation, client communication, and real-world immigration litigation.
 
Requirements:
  • Education (Required): Associate's Degree.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in Immigration Law
  • Fluency in Spanish is a big plus.
