  • Starting salary of $80,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus

Why This Role Stands Out

This is not a back-office paralegal role.

Youโ€™ll be a key player in driving cases forward, working directly with attorneys and clients, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Your work will have real impactโ€”helping individuals and companies navigate life-changing immigration matters with confidence and clarity.

The Firm

Youโ€™ll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team delivering sophisticated immigration solutions to a diverse, global client baseโ€”from multinational companies to entrepreneurs, researchers, and creatives.

If you take pride in precision, move fast without sacrificing quality, and want your work to truly matter to clientsโ€”this is your seat.

About Us

We are a woman-owned boutique immigration firm known for our high-touch, highly strategic approach.

We donโ€™t just process casesโ€”we partner with our clients to simplify complex immigration challenges and guide them toward success.

Our philosophy:

Simplify. Strategize. Succeed.

What Youโ€™ll Do

Youโ€™ll own critical pieces of the case lifecycle and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience:

  • Prepare and file H-1B and PERM cases with accuracy and efficiencyย
  • Draft petitions, forms, letters, and supporting documentsย
  • Manage deadlines and keep cases moving proactivelyย
  • Communicate directly with clients to collect information and provide updatesย
  • Maintain highly organized, audit-ready case filesย
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure quality and consistencyย

What Weโ€™re Looking For

Weโ€™re looking for someone who doesnโ€™t need to be chased.

Core Requirement:

  • Candidates must have prior experience in a law firm setting supporting employment-based immigration matters. This is the baseline requirement for the role.

Preferred Experience (not mandatory):

  • PERM labor certification experience
  • Other employment-based immigration processes (H-1B, I-140, adjustment of status, etc.)
  • We are open to reviewing candidates who may not have direct PERM experience, provided they have solid employment-based immigration exposure and demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

We believe great work should be well-supported and well-rewarded:

  • Starting salary of $80,000 base salary, depending on experience
  • Annual discretionary bonusย

Health & Financial:

  • Medical, dental, and vision (eligible after 91 days)ย
  • Life insurance + optional STD/LTDย
  • 401(k) with matching (eligible after 1 year)ย

Time Off:

  • 10 vacation days annuallyย
  • Firm-wide break between Dec 24 โ€“ New Yearโ€™sย
  • PTO accrual starts at 90 days (1 day/month; full 10 days unlocked at 6 months)ย
  • 40 hours paid sick leave (usable after 120 days)ย
  • Parental leaveย
  • 2 days paid bereavement leaveย

Perks:

  • Free parkingย
  • Free gym membershipย
  • In-building cafรฉย
  • Pet-friendly officeย
