Seize this exceptional opportunity to become an integral part of our thriving immigration law office, with locations in Maryland and Virginia. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced bilingual Immigration Attorney to join our supportive legal team in Woodbridge, Virginia, on a full-time basis.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in immigration law.
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active Bar License in good standing from any US state (VA/MD Bar highly desired).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in additional languages being a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of immigration law and immigration court procedures.
  • Legal experience in immigration bond hearings, removal defense, and business immigration (L, H, B, E visas, I-140s, PERMs, etc.).
  • Positive, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to travel to detention centers housing immigration detainees to meet with clients if necessary.

Responsibilities:
As an Immigration Attorney at our firm, you will:
  • Manage multiple cases and provide legal representation to immigrants facing removal proceedings before the Immigration Court.
  • Meet with clients, advise them on eligibility for relief under immigration laws, and prepare applications for filing with USCIS and Immigration Court.
  • Represent clients before various government agencies.
  • Be open to working in any other area of law that the office deems necessary.
