We are seeking an Applications Analyst to join our Enterprise Conversion Solutions team. This team provides high-end data solutions for our financial institution clients by converting high-risk secure financial data from our proprietary systems into other formats. Analysts work with other members of the ECS team including Programmers, Vendors, Project Managers and Support Representatives to successfully complete data conversion projects. The ideal candidate brings technical troubleshooting knowledge and top-notch customer service with a mindfulness toward the sensitive and crucial nature of the data with which this team works. This is a great opportunity to enter the IT field with a team of engineers willing to train and mentor leading to future opportunities in IT.
This position will be filled to work onsite at our Springfield, MO office location.
The salary range for this position is $38,650 - $42,151 and will be determined based on location and experience level.
This position is ineligible for immigration sponsorship and support. Please do not apply if at any time you will need immigration support now or in the future (i.e., H-1B, STEM OPT Training Plans, etc.).
What you'll be responsible for:
  • Communicates with internal and external customers to ensure all applicable data and/or database are collected.
  • Provides remote assistance should it be needed. We typically achieve this remote access via Bomgar, Webex, Smarttech.
  • Completes and ships all equipment list requests by ECS employees daily and with urgency.
  • Transports data to our backup DR site as needed.
  • Data security is a top priority. Ensures all policy and procedures are followed. Associate must handle every data set with care.
  • Interacts and communicates with Project Managers, CRMs, customers, vendors, internal JH product groups as needed.
  • Project Management skills are needed to be successful. We handle a large work load. Associate must be able to remain organized, be able to prioritize, and execute assigned tasks self-sufficiently.
  • Administration of our SFTP site.
  • Assembly and configuration of NAS devices.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical or troubleshooting environment using general Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook.
  • Must have at least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Valid driver's license in order to travel up to 20% to and from Springfield to the Branson data center; this is a rotation that is done on a weekly basis.
