We frequently stand with clients who have been turned away elsewhere, offering both advocacy and care. Location: NorthCarolina,UnitedStates

Engagement: GIG / Contract / Appointment-Based

Start: Approximately 10 days from engagement

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate

Lisinski Law Firm is expanding its Court Operations team and seeks licensed U.S. attorneys interested in immigration law who value flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance. This role involves gig-based , appointment-driven court appearances supporting Individual Calendar Hearings .

This is not a full-time role . Assignments are scheduled in advance and designed for attorneys seeking flexible courtroom work without full case ownership or long-term employment commitments .

Your Key Contributions
  • Serve as co-counsel on client matters, including representing clients at hearings
  • Appear in person at scheduled Individual Calendar Hearings
  • Represent clients professionally and ensure accurate communication of case status
  • Follow prepared notes, instructions and report outcomes using firm templates
