Part-Time Commercial & Probate Litigation Attorney (Remote - Florida)
A boutique Florida litigation firm is seeking a Part-Time Attorney with 3–5 years of experience in commercial and/or probate litigation. This role offers a flexible, fully remote schedule for an attorney licensed and residing in Florida who is looking for meaningful litigation work without the commitment of a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
Handle commercial and probate litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations.
Manage court filings and deadlines in Florida state courts.
Participate in client meetings, depositions, mediations, and hearings as needed.
Qualifications:
Active Florida Bar membership and residence in Florida required.
3–5 years of commercial litigation and/or probate litigation experience.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
Experience handling matters through discovery and motion practice preferred.
