Job description

We are seeking an associate Immigration Attorney for a boutique immigration practice. This position will require legal research and writing, as well client contact and appearances before USCIS and EOIR Immigration Court.
The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience in the area of immigration law, and a demonstrable interest in practicing immigration law. Must be admitted in New Jersey. Strong legal writing skills a must. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
In addition to these requirements, this person should be detail oriented, organized, and a team player.
