Summary: Describe the role and team the candidate will be joining. Bridge Defensse seeks a candidate to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force Fusion Center (OFC) and the International Organized Crime Intelligence and Operations Center (IOC-2). ***This is a pipeline position*** Essential Duties and Responsibilites: * Provides specialized intelligence and threat analysis and production support. * Accesses and performs research on designated automated intelligence databases for identifying information of interest to the customer, downloading the identified information to an appropriate medium, and editing the information into format(s) to be specified by the customer. * Provide intelligence and threat analysis of the information that is tailored to the customer’s requirements. * Develop documents, summaries, reports, and presentations. Communicate analytical finds in briefings or discussions with customers. * Present briefings to government and other contract support key personnel. * A major portion of this work involves research and report writing.
Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience: * Active SECRET clearance
* Three (3) years of general experience in analysis with federal, state, or local government agency, law enforcement agency, or private industry. * One year of experience writing Intelligence reports and obtaining data from various sources and compiling the data into reports. * Proficient in general Microsoft Word processing software.

* Solid written and verbal communication skills to negotiate direction, drive projects and projects to successful conclusion and deliver knowledge to team members verbally and via clear designs, runbooks and technical engineering and exchange sessions.
* Self-starter, flexible, adaptable, collaborative and motivated to champion continuous improvement.
* Ability to develop peer networks across an enterprise to maintain technology awareness and to support resolution of problems.
* Ability to operate across traditional technical boundaries, comfortable working in the compute space as well as the storage space in an operational capacity.
* Technically curious and driven to learn new skills.
General Factors: * Depending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule; overtime should be expected when schedules demand it.
* Willing to travel, if needed.
* No Relocation.
* Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.
* Must be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.
