WhatYou'll Do:
Maintainfood quality and standards ensuring guest satisfaction
Maintainstandards of safety and sanitation throughout the kitchen
Followrecipes in line with SUSHISAMBA standards
Complywith company procedures, recipes and presentation to maximizing productivityand profitability
Executedishes in a timely and efficient manner to meet and exceed guest expectations
Liaise with restaurant manager and servicestaff regarding service issues
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working as a Sushi Cook or higher
The ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards
Theability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds offorce frequently
Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team
Full ownership of your role
Possession of valid Food Handler Card
Validdocumentationof your right to work in the U.S
