What You'll Do

As a Maintenance Assistant, you'll help ensure our community remains safe, clean, comfortable, and operating at its best.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.

  • Assist with plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, HVAC, and general building repairs as assigned.

  • Help maintain resident rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces in excellent condition.

  • Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.

  • Assist with setting up rooms and common areas for meetings and special events.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance shop.

  • Follow all safety regulations and infection prevention procedures.

  • Work closely with all departments to support a positive environment for residents and employees.

  • Participate in emergency response procedures when needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
