Scheduling That Fits Your Life

Your Role as a Dental Hygienist
- Welcome patients and create a comfortable, positive hygiene experience
- Provide preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services with attention to quality and patient comfort
- Perform scaling, root planing, fluoride applications, and other hygiene services within your scope of practice
- Educate and motivate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Identify periodontal and restorative concerns and communicate findings with the dentist
- Collaborate with dentists, assistants, and administrative team members to provide seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and prepared for patient care
- Follow OSHA, infection control, and practice safety standards
What You’ll Bring
- Associate degree or higher from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Active Connecticut Dental Hygienist license
- Current CPR certification
- Local anesthesia certification preferred
- 1+ year of dental hygiene experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient education skills
- Ability to confidently adapt to different teams and practice environments
- Dependable, professional, and patient-focused approach
