Work Environment

This role is 100% remote, enabling therapists to connect with clients across various regions from the comfort of their own homes. While the majority of work is conducted online, therapists will be part of a collaborative virtual team that includes other mental health professionals and support staff. Regular virtual team meetings and case consultations will provide opportunities for professional engagement and ensure a cohesive team approach to patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through virtual sessions to determine patients’ needs, strengths, and appropriate evidence-based treatment strategies.
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions focused on addressing immediate mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Provide crisis intervention services during urgent situations, employing techniques to stabilize clients and develop safety plans when necessary.
• Design and lead online therapy groups and workshops that cover a variety of topics, enhancing patient engagement through interactive and educational formats.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community organizations on interdisciplinary care approaches, particularly for patients needing holistic support.
• Participate in community outreach efforts and mental health awareness campaigns to reduce stigma and improve access to mental health services.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Hold an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience
