Job description

Farnsworth Group is seeking an Sr. Architectural Project Manager in the posting location below. In this role, you will have the opportunity to market and manage multi-disciplinary teams for a wide range of projects including large commercial office and retail developments, K-12 and higher education projects, healthcare projects, recreation and community centers. You will also assist in growing and supervising a dynamic architectural staff, while also working alongside and obtaining support from our strong national architectural team.
Posting Location: Fort Collins, CO
What You'll Do:
  • Create, manage, and produce projects for commercial, retail, industrial, distribution, recreational and advanced technology clients.
  • Lead our multi-disciplinary teams from concept to delivery.
  • Mentor junior architectural staff
  • Participate in business development pursuits.
  • Generate work and create long-term client relationships.
  • Develop, review, and approve proposals, reports, and contract documents.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree Architecture, required, Masters, preferred
  • 12+ years of work experience
  • Demonstrated project management and supervisory experience.
  • Success in developing new clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Proficient use of Revit a plus.
  • Experience with SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organization, coordination, leadership, team-building and managerial skills
