GLO Wisconsin is expanding and is looking for a Customer Relations Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a rewarding career.
No previous industry experience is required—our team provides full training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to progress based on performance.
About the Role
As a Customer Relations Representative, you'll represent a variety of client campaigns through face-to-face interactions at retail venues and community events throughout the Waukesha and Milwaukee area.
Your role will focus on building relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and helping clients grow their reach through engaging conversations.
Your Responsibilities
  • Represent client campaigns with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Build rapport with customers through face-to-face interactions.
  • Provide clear information about products, services, or charitable initiatives.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Support customers through registrations, purchases, or sign-ups where applicable.
