Description

The 2X NBA champions, the Milwaukee Bucks, are seeking upcoming, or recent college graduates to join our September, 2026 Inside Sales Class!

We are searching for driven, positive, passionate, and highly energetic recent, or upcoming college graduates, to join our historical and evolving brand. With a proven track record of industry success among our current ticket sales and service leadership team, the role of the Sales Associate will benefit from an in-depth, 12-month, training and professional development program with promotional opportunities into a full-time sales position.

The ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate looking to break into an entry-level sports sales role. The candidate should have a strong interest in the revenue generating side of the business with a desire to grow into a permanent sales position. This role will report directly to the Director, Ticket Sales and is a 12-month sales program generating revenue across all platforms (basketball memberships, basketball + event memberships) for the Milwaukee Bucks and Fiserv Forum organization.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed 100 outbound sales calls per day through assigned leads and campaigns, subject to change
  • Conduct in-arena appointments, virtual appointments, and tours of Fiserv Forum to assist in closing new business and developing new relationships
  • Set and complete 8-10 face to face appointments with new prospects per month
  • Responsible for selling a full menu of ticket products for the Milwaukee Bucks, including, but not limited to full and partial season ticket packages, group tickets, and hospitality packages
  • Additional opportunities to sell premium and group packages for concert/events at Fiserv Forum
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals and hustle metrics
  • Maintain organized and detailed records of all-season ticket customers and prospects within our CRM system
  • Game night and weekend duties as assigned (visit clients, works sales table, etc.)
  • Ability to work non-traditional work hours including weekends, after hours on weekdays, and all Holidays when needed and scheduled
  • Assist with select-a-seat events and other sales prospecting events
  • Assist with customer service efforts
  • Attend and actively participate in weekly and monthly training and role-playing development with the Director of Ticket Sales and entire sales and service team
  • Provide excellent customer service and positively reflect the Milwaukee Bucks and Fiserv Forum brand
  • Perform all other duties assigned by Management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, from an accredited college or university in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, Communications or related field(s)
  • Ability & willingness to work in a non-traditional work environment with dynamic hours: nights, holidays, weekends, all basketball games + Fiserv Forum Events/Concerts
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact comfortably and effectively with internal and external clients at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
  • Extremely coachable and eager to learn every day
  • Highly motivated individual with a strong desire to build a career in the sports sales business
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, listens to others, and willingness to try new ideas
  • Presents self in professional manner always representing the Milwaukee Bucks organization
