This position will provide overall leadership and strategy for the marketing organization. Develop imi branding initiatives around advertising, social media, corporate communications, and public relations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a robust Marketing organization that provides strategy to strengthen the company's market position and achieve desired business goals.
  • Strengthen the organization's market presence in the geographic regions that imi's portfolio of companies operates in
  • Active member of the leadership team
  • Provide focus on community involvement initiatives
  • Develop internal communications that recognize company and individual achievements
    Enhance social media presence in line with company goals and objectives
  • Form strategic partnerships that positively influence imi branding
  • Oversee the coordination of various internal leadership events and programs
  • Establish e-marketing presence through out the companies footprint
  • Develop corporate standards for written communication
  • Ensure the standards of the corporate image is being upheld to a level
  • Analyze marketing metrics to provide guidance to various functions in the organization
  • Develop and execute a data driven approach to marketing across a variety of channels including but not limited to digital platforms, emails, and social media.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
  • 10 + years of progressive experience in Corporate Marketing and Communications

  • Spanish speaking or bilingual a plus
