We are seeking a talented Electrical Engineer/Designer. This organization is a leading player in the field of advanced manufacturing, specializing in the design and production of custom induction heating systems. As an Electrical Engineer/Designer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and optimization of induction power supply systems.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:Design and Development:

Conceptualize, design, and develop induction power supply systems based on project requirements.

Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to optimize system performance and efficiency.

Electromagnetics and Power Circuitry:

Apply expertise in electromagnetics and electricity mechanics to design controls for new machines and induction power supplies.

Work on power circuitry with a focus on voltage source and current source resonant frequency inverters.

Micro-controllers and Circuit Design:

Utilize embedded micro-controllers, frequency, and pulse width controls using mixed analog and digital techniques.

Conduct PCB design and circuit simulation to optimize system performance.

FPGA knowledge is required.

Semiconductor Devices and System Integration:

Work with medium to large module size semiconductor devices such as SCRs, Diodes, Mosfets, and IGBTs. Calculate losses, appropriate snubber circuits, and water/convection cooling requirements for such devices.

Testing and Validation:

Implement testing protocols to validate the performance and reliability of induction power supply systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues identified during testing phases to the component level.
