What You'll Do
You'll spend most of your time creating engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including:
  • Design eye-catching social media graphics, carousels, stories, reels, and other digital content
  • Create digital advertisements for Meta, LinkedIn, Google Display, and other platforms
  • Build marketing assets in Canva and Figma while maintaining strong visual consistency
  • Design supporting graphics for websites, email campaigns, landing pages, blogs, and digital promotions
  • Collaborate with our art directors, copywriters, and video team to bring integrated campaigns to life
  • Adapt creative assets across multiple platforms and formats
  • Help evolve and maintain brand standards
  • Stay current on emerging design trends, social media creative, and platform best practices
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning
  • Occasionally support print collateral and other creative projects as opportunities arise
What We're Looking For

  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work and social content
  • An eye for typography, composition, branding, and visual storytelling
  • The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to continually learn new tools and techniques
