  • Collaborate with Business Development teams to develop winning strategies and incorporate key messages.
  • Review RFPs and related documents to create compliant proposal materials.
  • Analyze Section L (instructions) and Section M (evaluation criteria), build and maintain compliance matrices, and run color team reviews (Pink, Red, Gold) through final production and on-time submission.
  • Provide guidance and coaching on persuasive writing techniques to capture teams and subject matter experts.
  • Coordinate proposal meetings and events, managing discussions and materials.
  • Support solution reviews and assist in developing strength statements.
  • Manage proposal timelines, assignments, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
  • Maintain proposal libraries and stay updated on relevant platforms and tools.

What you will bring:
  • Knowledge of the Federal Procurement Process and the FAR.
  • Experience leading or supporting proposals for Civilian (Civil) and/or Department Defense (DoD) agencies.
  • Experience managing proposals across multiple contract types and vehicles, including Task Orders (TOs), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), and Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreements.
  • Excellent writing, editing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Experience with proposal compliance audits and delivering project solutions to federal clients.
  • Ability to give clear, concise directions and organize large volumes of information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.

It would be great if you also had:
