Job description

This role is all about detail and accuracy — you'll investigate discrepancies, resolve exceptions, and help keep inventory data clean and reliable across the site.

What You'll Do

  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between system counts and physical stock
  • Research items in problem-solve queues — mis-picks, mis-sorts, missing or damaged units
  • Perform cycle counts and bin audits to verify inventory accuracy
  • Determine disposition for damaged or defective inventory (restock, write-off, liquidation)
  • Identify and flag recurring issues or process gaps that lead to shrink or errors
  • Log findings and adjust inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS)
  • Work closely with shift leads and operations to keep inventory data current

What You'll Need

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data
  • Comfortable with basic math — counts, discrepancies, unit reconciliation
  • Familiarity with Excel and warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve under time pressure
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout a full shift (up to [X] lbs)
  • Prior ICQA, inventory control, or quality assurance experience preferred, not required
  • RF scanner experience a plus
