Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of visual design experience in product design or UX/UI design.
  • Experience in brand and icon design.
  • Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.

Responsibilities
  • Evolve Google's brand identity through iconography.
  • Collaborate closely and consult with teams across the company to foster creative alignment.
  • Draw icons and logos for exploration, creative direction setting, and execution.
  • Foster partner and stakeholder alignment by navigating requirements and feedback.
  • Apply an understanding of design systems to work in the context of the Material Design System.
