As a Behavioral Program Intern, you won't just be observing; you'll be an integral part of our team, directly supporting participants as they learn, grow, and achieve their personal goals. This is an unparalleled opportunity to:

We're seeking enthusiastic and reliable university-level students or recent graduates who are:
  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a college, university, or community college program in any major. While backgrounds in education, special education, psychology, sociology, healthcare, human services, and related fields are a plus, we welcome diverse academic paths!
  • Passionate about working with people and genuinely committed to making a positive contribution to their lives.
  • Equipped with strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
  • Able to commit to a part-time schedule of 15-20 hours per week, offering flexibility to balance with your academic or personal commitments.
  • Comfortable completing a Background (LiveScan) and TB clearance prior to starting.
