Job description

Are you a driven B2B sales hunter who thrives on generating your own pipeline and closing deals? If youโ€™re a self-motivated sales professional ready to take control of your earnings, we want to talk.

Culligan rents the industry leading bottleless ice & water purifier to commercial establishments such as office buildings, manufacturing facilities, medical/dental centers, hospitality, warehousing and any general business, that transforms normal tap water into refreshing purified drinking water thru our exclusive Culligan purification process!

This โ€œhigh endโ€ purifier is an alternative to single use plastic bottles of water, antiquated water fountains, 5-gallon bottle water coolers and cheap filter machines. Customers receive a free no-obligation onsite trial that has a 98% close rate with virtually no competition (the normal competition we encounter is the customerโ€™s current situation/status quo)!

What you will do:

  • Convert free trials into long-term rental agreements, primarily 60-month service contracts for bottleless water coolers and commercial ice machines.
  • Earn commission-based income (15% of contract revenue) on approved, installed, and activated accounts with no cap on earnings.
  • Operate as an independent 1099 contractor, managing your own schedule, sales pipeline, transportation, and business expenses.
  • Ensure accurate paperwork and customer onboarding, including submitting signed agreements, coordinating installations, and supporting the start of customer billing.
  • Coordinate with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth equipment placement and customer onboarding.
  • Follow company pricing guidelines and obtain management approval for special pricing, large target accounts, or non-standard agreements.
  • Maintain professionalism and compliance with company policies, ensuring all sales documentation is complete, accurate, and properly submitted.

What weโ€™re looking for

  • Fearless new business skills
  • Experience as a successful B2B outside sales hunter
  • Excellent communication & relationship skills
  • Valid Driverโ€™s License
  • Ability to work independently

Job Type: 1099 Contract role

Pay: 100% Commission, uncapped earnings. 15% Commission of total revenue generated on closed business. Top performer can generate $100k-$255k depending on activity and close rate.
