Job description

Fulfillment Center Team Member

Team Jeni's is looking for Fulfillment Associates to join our dedicated and growing warehouse team in Columbus! Fulfillment Associates are an integral part of day to day operations that pick, pack & ships ice cream to our customers around the country. This person must have hustle, guts and a strong work ethic!

This position is a full time, first shift position 8am - 4:30pm Monday – Friday with occasional overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack merchandise for eCommerce orders (we supply the gear for you to stay warm in our freezer!)
  • Perform quality checks on outgoing orders
  • Assist in building of pallets of material for shipping / storage
  • Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse
  • Inspect trucks prior to shipping or receiving
  • Receive ice cream and other items and provide supervisor with paperwork
  • Occasionally assist in the delivery of ice cream to scoop shops
  • Occasionally assist in counts and reconciliation of inventory
  • Comply with food safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to withstand working inside a freezer (our freezer suits will keep you warm!)
  • Must be able to safely work with dry ice (we provide the training!)
  • Must be able to bend and safely lift up to 70 lbs
  • Self-motivation and willingness to learn
