Are you an ice cream lover? Do you find enjoyment in putting smiles on people's faces? Then you should join the team at OddFellows Ice Cream Co.!! We're looking for energetic and friendly faces to join our ice cream shop at The Shops at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel!

Reporting to the Shop Manager, team members ensure every guest experiences the best in everything ice cream. An ideal candidate brings a mixture of self-motivation and love of collaboration, constantly strives to improve processes for better outcomes, and a passion both for craft food and beverage and sharing that with their team and their community.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and serve guests all menu items in accordance with established service and build-out standards.
  • Process guest transactions of purchased menu selections at the register and receive/process payment.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, hygienic, and organized environment by following Health Code, ServSafe standards, and company guidelines
  • Follows direction from supervisor on duty to ensure timely completion of opening, closing, and side work checklists
  • Are excited to learn all about ice cream the OddFellows way and share that with everyone around them;
  • Complete inventory tasks, as well as receive and arrange delivery from vendors and the OddFellows Laboratory.
  • Follow OddFellows' established safety, grooming, uniform, and employee conduct standards.
  • Conduct Weekly Inventory
  • Learn and be responsible for Ice Cream and Ice Cream Product delivery

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through engaging service and product knowledge
  • Guide guests on flavors and ingredients, considering allergy concerns
  • Ensure monthly/seasonal specials are current and well-prepared
  • Communicate promotions to customers
  • Uphold brand and product standards across cleanliness, service, and presentation

CUSTOMER & EVENT OUTREACH

  • Monitor store email and respond accordingly
  • Proactive outreach to book event both within the mall and outside of the Mall
  • Work with manager for staffing events

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to operate POS systems effectively
  • Able to push/pull 50 lbs. of weight
  • Able to lift 25 lbs. of weight
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability
  • Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Must have or be willing to take the Food Protection Manager Certification within 30 days of employment
  • Must have a car to use to work at events outside the store
  • Must have flexible hours
