Job description

Duties:

-Open/close store depending on scheduled shifts

-Manage shift and people during your shift
- Prepare and make a variety of ice cream flavors according to established recipes and guidelines
- Operate ice cream making equipment and machinery
- Ensure consistent quality and taste of ice cream products
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures during all stages of production
- Clean and sanitize work area, equipment, and utensils

Requirements:

-Must be 18 or older
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food production environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standards
