HVAC Technician / Field Service Technician
This position is responsible for repairing and maintaining Arctic Glacier's ice box merchandisers at customer locations.
Salary - $25.00 / hour DOE
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Responsible for performing semi-annual preventative maintenance on all ice merchandisers.
  • Services calls and repairs on in-store merchandisers; using company vehicle.
  • Refurbishes all merchandisers coming in from the field.
  • Repairs and maintains special event trailers.
  • Creates positive customer relationships with clients.
  • Additional duties may be assigned.

Candidate Qualifications:
  • Must possess and maintain minimum of level 1 EPA certification; HVAC license highly preferred.
  • 2+ years' experience working in a similar role with refrigeration equipment.
  • Ability to hold a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work with power tools.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment without supervision.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Capacity to problem solve while addressing safety hazards.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
