Técnico Special Inspection Agency

Is a registered class 1 special inspection agency; we provide TR1, TR2, TR4, TR5, and TR8, inspection. We are seeking qualified field inspectors to join our team. The work focuses primarily on high-profile projects throughout the New York City metro area.
Responsibilities:
  • Observe work for conformance with plans and specifications of drawings, design documents, and building codes.
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret construction plans & specs.
  • Must be able to prepare and submit timely and accurate field inspection reports.

Qualifications:
  • Currently certified as ACI Level II or ICC Reinforced Concrete Inspector.
  • Familiar with NYC Building Code.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
  • Preferred: 1+ years of construction, inspection experience.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related education or industry experience. Additional national certifications such as ICC, CWI license or certification: Structural Steel and Bolting, Special Inspection Masonry Field Testing Technician, ICC Mechanical inspector.
