ICC Special Inspector — Certified Pros Who Want the Hours

Reno, NV | Full-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt) | $34/hour base + OT at time-and-a-half | 4 openings

The Opportunity

This is not a beginner posting. Our client — a well-established, Reno-based consulting engineering firm providing special inspection and construction materials testing across Northern Nevada — is hiring four ICC-certified Special Inspectors who already hold their Reinforced Concrete cert, know their way around an active site, and want the hours. With 5–6 day weeks and mandatory overtime at time-and-a-half, your take-home climbs fast — and every additional cert you earn raises your base rate.

The Money Talks

  • $40/hour base, non-exempt, with OT at 1.5x over 40 — and OT is guaranteed
  • Certification raises stack: ICC Soils +$2/hr · Structural Steel & Bolting +$2/hr · Masonry +$2/hr · Structural Welding +$3/hr
