A Texas-based municipal inspection services firm with active contracts across the state is hiring a Certified Building Official to lead inspection operations in the Corpus Christi area. This is a senior, leadership-level role — not a field inspector seat. You'll supervise inspectors, manage a residential inspection program, serve as a technical resource for the company's sales team, and own quality and code compliance for a live city contract.   • Interpret complex codes and provide guidance to contractors, builders, architects, and property owners.

  • Collaborate with fire, planning, zoning, engineering, and public works departments as needed for coordinated code enforcement.
