Job description

We are seeking a skilled Red Hat Systems Administrator to support and maintain enterprise Linux environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering, troubleshooting, and optimizing Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems while ensuring system reliability, performance, and security. This role requires hands-on experience with automation and scripting tools such as Python, Shell, and Ansible, as well as experience managing platforms including Red Hat Satellite, RHEV-M, and Logical Volume Manager (LVM).
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system updates, troubleshoot issues, and support infrastructure improvements while following system security best practices. Additional experience with technologies such as IBM WebSphere, IBM MQ, Oracle databases (12c/19c), JBOSS, networking and SAN concepts, ServiceNow, Splunk, Dynatrace, and AWS Cloud Services is highly desirable. Candidates should also be comfortable working in a collaborative environment utilizing Agile methodologies and modern automation tools such as Git and Ansible.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
