Job description

Design, develop, enhance, QA and automate campaigns that meet marketing objectives. Develop and document well-defined standardized processes.
• Monitor and communicate health of CRM program; recommend strategic enhancements to campaigns.
• Develop and distribute campaign selection audit reporting.
Strategy
• Develop campaign strategies that meet business objectives, timing, and budget requirements.
Resource Level & Requirements:
• 3 - 5 years' experience in database SFDC marketing Cloud utilizing marketing automation tools such as IBM Campaign (Unica), Salesforce and Alteryx.
• 2 - 5 years' experience in demonstrated understanding of relational database technologies and applications.
• Advanced experience in SQL preferred.
• Functional and technical expertise in digital marketing including understanding of capabilities and execution of email, direct mail, loyalty and SMS campaigns preferred.
