Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in installation, administration and configuration of TIBCO Enterprise Service Bus (including BusinessWorks) & associated Messaging technology (EMS) strongly preferred. MuleSoft ESB and AWS Cloud experience a plus.
- Experience in installation, administration, configuration, performance tuning and clustering of portal and application servers (WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat).
- Experience in the design and production support of Java/J2EE based application.
- Comprehension of application development processes, methodologies and techniques.
- Strong production support experience in Middleware technologies.
- Experience with heterogeneous operating system environments such as UNIX, Linux and Windows.
- Basic understanding of security technologies (Digital Certificates, LDAP, PKI, SSO, SSL).
- Must have hands-on work experience in a multi-tiered continuous availability architectural environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of ITIL Standards.
- Ability to be on call 24x7 support rotations.

Job Duties:

Implement, configure, tune, cluster, and maintain J2EE application and portal environments consisting of TIBCO, MuleSoft, IBM WebSphere product family, WebLogic, Apache, Tomcat, & IIS. Balance hardware, network, and software layers to arrive at a scalable and maintainable solution that meets requirements for uptime, performance, and functionality. Utilize administrative tools to configure and manage enterprise applications. Monitor server applications & use tools and log files to troubleshoot & resolve problems. Perform analysis of components and configuration for web and middleware migrations and upgrades. Perform root cause analysis of production impacting issues, including opening problem cases with vendors and driving them to conclusion. Implement migration/consolidation/upgrade strategy which includes source to target migrations and cutover. Maintain 99.99% availability of the web and integration services. Design, critique, develop, test and implement technical solutions on a large enterprise scale. Evaluate system architecture needs and make recommendations. Additional projects/duties as assigned
