Fulltime
  • Provide day-to-day operational support for IBM Security Directory Server ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to help grow their skills.
  • Plan and execute upgrades for new versions of the IBM Security Directory Server.
  • Builds, maintains, and documents infrastructure components for work assigned.
  • Actively works resolution of system and client experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms.
  • Demonstrates active learning regarding industry trends in banking and technology; suggests innovative ideas to improve current processes.
  • Learns and follows recommended IT standards (e.g., info security, audit, compliance, etc.) as well as operational best practices.
  • Assists in testing and evaluating new and existing solutions and capabilities.
  • Utilizes technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts to deliver mature monitoring, improved resiliency, and high availability.
  • Effectively be able to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including security and application teams to ensure LDAP services are integrated effectively with other systems.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies to aid in overall Web Access Management space.
