To thrive in an IT Development Program, you need a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, programming languages, and problem-solving, usually supported by a relevant degree or coursework. Familiarity with tools such as version control systems (e.g., Git), integrated development environments (IDEs), and sometimes certifications like CompTIA or AWS is common. These rotations allow you to gain hands-on experience with different technologies and business processes, while working closely with mentors and cross-functional teams. Each assignment usually involves contributing to real-world projects, collaborating with experienced professionals, and developing both technical and soft skills. The goal is to develop a broad skill set, build professional networks, and prepare individuals for future leadership roles in IT. Participants often receive mentorship, technical training, and opportunities to work on real-world projects during the program.
